We agree with Sam, it might have taken us a while to come around but we all ended up in the same place. But you don’t have to eat them box or with a fox because a Dr. Seuss-inspired breakfast spot is coming to Fort Collins. Hello, Sammy’s Breakfast Bar! Sammy’s Breakfast Bar is scheduled to open in late December at 4613 S. Mason St. in Midtown Fort Collins. The restaurant will be decorated with artwork with characters from the Dr. Seuss books we all know and love. Get ready for some great breakfast and lunch in Fort Collins...with some added green food dye!
