Thousands of passionate craft beer and food lovers will gather in D.C. in June 2017 for SAVOR, America's premier Craft Beer and Food Experience

On June 2 and 3, 2017, 86 craft breweries from around the US will present their finest brews at SAVOR, the 10th Annual American Craft Brew and Food Experience in D.C.  It is no secret that America's craft beer scene is taking the country by storm.  IPAs, Saisons, Stouts, Sours, Porters, Triples and Quadruples are on the tongues of beer aficionados and newbies alike.  Unfortunately, over 90% of American Craft Brewers do not distribute outside their state of origin, making it difficult to taste the best of these concoctions. On June 2 and 3, the Brewer's Association will provide access at SAVOR to these hard-to-find ales by hosting a two-night extravaganza not only highlighting 172 of America's greatest beer gems, but also offering amazingly detailed small plate food pairings along with the beers showcased at the event.   Some of the offerings include a Sour paired with fennel tart, Stout and lamb tartare,  Saison with duck sausage and even a lime leaf lemongrass jasmine wheat beer paired with morel mushrooms, English peas and scapes.
The backdrop for the SAVOR 2017 event is the Great Hall of the National Building Museum. Tickets are available for $135 per night at the Savor Event Page via Ticketmaster.   Tickets include a commemorative glass and a special pairing event in the balcony with five special beers accompanied with bites from the American Cheese Society, Choptank Oyster Company, Nathan Miller Chocolate, Monterrey Seafood and Red Apron Butcher.  If this isn't enough, ticket holders will also receive a 2017 Collaboration Beer exit gift which is the result of a partnership between Virginia's Hardywood Park Craft Brewery and Colorado's New Belgium Brewing Company.
