Jost is a head writer for SNL and has taken on the role of co-anchor of the "Weekend Update" alongside fellow cast member Michael Che. He's been a writer at SNL since 2005 and an anchor since 2014, following in the footsteps of former head writers Tina Fey and Seth Meyers.
