Support animals and the work of the Humane Rescue Alliance in an active way.
The D.C. Walk for the Animals event, on Saturday, September 22, helps to fund the programs and services of the Humane Rescue Alliance in the Washington, D.C., area. One hundred percent of the profits raised from this walk will go to the Humane Rescue Alliance, whose mission is to ...
“protect animals, support families, and advocate for positive change to create a world where all animals can thrive.”
Some of the programs that this walk will benefit include local adoption, spay/neuter procedures, low-cost veterinary care, humane law enforcement, and humane education. The group is actually hoping to raise more than $125,000!
