Enjoy the annual festivities along with a special anniversary bash at River Mill Park!
Occoquan's Arts & Crafts Show is a beloved local tradition. Located along the Occoquan River, it's no wonder thousands of visitors flock each year to score beautifully-made artisanal goods. Now spanning its 50th year, come enjoy a semi-centennial celebration right here in Historic Occoquan!
WHEN: Saturday, September 28–Sunday, September 29 | 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
WHERE: Downtown Historic Occoquan | 200 Mill Street | Occoquan, VA | View event map here
Stroll through the streets of Downtown Occoquan for all your shopping needs and browse hundreds of craft vendors. Some of the vendors will be selling 50th-anniversary swag; you can identify them by the "I <3 OCQ" logos on vendor signs. Confirmed businesses so far include Mermaid's Silk, 2 Essential Sisters, and ZJ Custom Creations, so pick up a unique souvenir to remember the day by. Craft addicts will be stunned by the selection and quality within an arm's grasp! Tasty grub will also be available for purchase, so grab a bite while you're there—don't want to get hangry while you shop!
In addition to the craft show, River Mill Park will host a Beer Garden and Concert. Between 12 and 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, enjoy craft brews from Lake Ridge's own Water's End Brewing and tunes from Just Wanna Play (Saturday) and Mars Rodeo (Sunday). Feel free to bring your folding chair and a blanket for a relaxing afternoon of festivities. Occoquan may be a small town, but its plethora of restaurants, shopping, and art make it a must-visit destination!
