The 43rd annual 9News Parade of Lights will bring holiday spirit to the masses.

It's a can't-miss holiday tradition in downtown Denver. For the 43rd year, the 9News Parade of Lights will again grace the streets, featuring local marching bands, festive floats, cultural dancers, giant helium balloons, Santa Claus, and, of course, lots and lots of twinkling lights! WHEN: Friday, Dec. 2 -- 8 p.m. | Saturday, Dec. 3 -- 6 p.m. WHERE: Downtown Denver | Two-mile route: Starts at 14th & Bannock Street, travels west on 14th Street, turns right on Tremont Place, turns left on 17th Street, turns left on Arapahoe Street, turns left on 15th Street, turns right on Glenarm Place, and ends at 14th Street. Or, if you prefer to sit, you can purchase grandstand tickets here! There are approximately 1,700 grandstand spots available.
Between parade attendees and those who prefer to watch on TV (the parade is televised on Denver's KUSA-TV Channel 9 multiple times throughout December), more than 600,000 Coloradans make watching the annual parade part of their holiday traditions!
