Indian Center’s 44th Annual Pow-Wow | Maryland State Fairgrounds in Baltimore | Saturday
Come celebrate Native American culture and heritage at the Indian Center’s Annual Pow-Wow event. Not only will it be a great educational experience and opportunity to learn more about Native American life, but it will also be a lot of fun. There will be plenty of music, food, dance, cultural demonstrations, and more. Baltimore German Christmas Village | Baltimore Inner Harbor | Saturday–Sunday
The authentic German Christmas Village opens this weekend with a tree lighting ceremony, live entertainment, music, food and drink vendors, and more. Modeled after the traditional Christmas markets in Germany, this event is such a unique, authentic German experience that the whole family will love. Plus, we hear there's a Ferris wheel this year! Lights on the Bay | Sandy Point State Park, Annapolis | Saturday–Sunday
Starting Saturday, pile everyone into your car for the annual Lights on the Bay! For the 24th year, you can take a two-mile scenic drive along the Chesapeake Bay to see all kinds of light displays -- both animated and stationary. Kids can take part in a scavenger hunt, too. Based on the Will Ferrell movie we all know and love, Elf the Musical is playing in Olney this holiday season! The story of Buddy the "elf" has captured hearts all over the world and is a great way to get you into the holiday spirit. Underbares Pop-Up | BUREAU in Adams Morgan | Thursday
Washington, D.C.-based company Underbares focuses on empowering women through bras and undergarments that emphasize a woman’s femininity, without sacrificing function. Beetlejuice the Musical | The National Theater | Friday–Sunday
This is the last weekend to go see this award-winning musical at The National Theater, so if you haven’t gone yet, now is the time! You wouldn’t want to miss out on this strangely wonderful show, based on Tim Burton’s movie. It's a great opportunity to catch it in D.C., because after November 18th, it’ll be headed to New York City to make its Broadway debut. D.C. Wine Walk | Neighborhood of Shaw | Saturday
You won’t want to miss the first-ever Wine Walk, hosted by D.C. Fray this Saturday. The event starts at 2 p.m., and in the hours that follow you’ll be able to walk to more than five different local wineries and sample some great wine. Experience the hypnotic music and timeless story of Anastasia, a girl trying her hardest to unravel her memories. This classic tale is sure to enchant your entire family, especially if your kids loved the Disney version. The amazing new score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens is the perfect counterpoint to playwright Terrence McNally’s storyline. The show is directed by Tony Award winner Darko Tresnjak. At over 68,000 square feet, Pentagon Row Ice Rink is the largest outdoor ice skating facility in Northern Virginia.
