Flying can be stressful, especially around the holidays. With a brand new yoga studio set to open at Denver International Airport, the airport is hoping to minimize the stress of traveling.

Traveling can be a chaotic and insanely stressful time. It not only takes a physical toll but a mental one, too, due to long flights and cramped, crowded areas with little to no leg room. That's not even factoring in the waiting time in between flights, which I think is more taxing. This fall, DIA will be opening a private yoga studio to help take the stress out of traveling. Yoga on the Fly will be opening its first location in Denver on November 6, with expansions to other airports starting in 2018. The studio marks the first private airport studio within the United States. Our goal is to elevate the passenger and staff experience, offering an accessible respite from the chaos of travel." There are several class options that range from eight to 20 minutes long. Now, keep in mind that the studio will only be at DIA for 90 days (it ends on January 31, 2018) and will be open Sundays to Fridays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Prices range from $15 for a 15-minute class to $60 for 60 minutes. Located in Terminal A, there will be five rooms total. It will also include a retail component. Yoga on the Fly is working with businesses like MPG Sport, S'well, GoDashDot, Blooming Lotus Jewelry, and more. So if you're traveling this fall, check out the yoga studio at DIA and let us know what you think. Safe travels!
