“The Longest Days of Our Lives” is laugh-out-loud funny.

Late-night television makes us laugh, in good times and bad, and Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell, and Kristen Wiig are delivering!

The three comedians tried their hand at a video chat soap opera sketch for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The result was true comedic gold and may have rekindled our romance with daytime drama.

The bit dubbed The Longest Days of Our Lives features the three SNL veterans performing a skit in their respective homes, each with various roles to play. Fallon plays the lead role, while Wiig takes on dual roles, and Ferrell, a true master of his craft, plays three roles. It's a classic soap opera story of love, deception, betrayal, and a surprise ending nobody saw coming!
