In true Colorado fashion, these bears had a pool party in the 80-degree weather before the snow rolled in.
On October 9, 2019, these bears were caught on video making a splash in the pool at a Boulder residence in the beautiful, 80-degree weather. These two bears can be seen enjoying a dip, while one bear dives right in and tries to convince his friend to join him.

According to the Boulder Police's Twitter, the video was captured by one of the Boulder Police Animal Protection Officers at around 4 p.m. "in the 3000 block of Vista Drive."
The very next day, temperatures were in the 20s while the snow was falling down across the Front Range, bringing a dramatic 60-degree drop in temperature for the month of October. We can't blame the bears for enjoying that last bit of warm weather before the snow.
The good news is that temps are back up to 60s and 70s just a few days after the snow, which means that you can put your winter hat and gloves away again for a bit, and enjoy that beautiful Colorado sunshine. But it's not going to last for very long, as the Farmers' Almanac has predicted a cold and snowy winter for Colorado this year ...
