Denver is kicking the holiday festivities into high gear with these events happening this weekend.

Going out on Thanksgiving weekend can be a gamble, especially with the snowy and cold weather that has come into Denver this week. Why risk an outing when there's some leftover turkey at home, a piece of pie you hid way in the back of the fridge so no one else would eat it, and some binge-worthy shows? However, if you want to get away from the family for a few hours, or you just can't wait to start the Christmas season, here are 11 unique things to do in Denver this Thanksgiving weekend.
