With just three ingredients (vodka, strawberry, and lemonade), the Applebee's $1 Drink of the Month is a perfect example of a cocktail that is just a little bit sweet and just a little tart—a great balance which creates the perfect elixir you can enjoy for the entire month of February—all 29 days of it!

In a recent press release, VP of Beverage Innovation Patrick Kirk said,
“The whole month of February is a great time to head to Applebee’s with your loved ones whether it be with the gals, the boys, or your bae. We keep it simple and sweet this month with a spirit our guests love in the $1 Vodka Strawberry Lemonade, and the great news is that there’s an extra day in February to enjoy it.”
Now, while I'm not quite sure what VP Kirk meant by "bae," he hasn't failed us yet in innovating Applebee's beverages. This is the man who brings his creativity to us month after month:
