It's time to taste the world through coffee!

Starbucks is always surprising us with new lattes and updated bakery goods like the recent addition of the Pistachio Latte and the Red Velvet Cake Slice. But, it's rare that we get a new bottled beverage. Well, folks, the wait is over! Starbucks recently confirmed that a new series of bottled Frappuccinos will be coming soon to a store near you, but we'll have to wait for more specifics on the release date.

Maybe Starbucks knew that we're all anxiously waiting to travel the world, again, because the new bottled Frappuccinos are called the "Passport Series." A photo of the new product line and three flavors were revealed in a post shared on Candy Hunting's Instagram.

Let's dive into the three Frappuccino drink flavors in the Passport Series:

  • Caramel Flan: A lot of countries lay claim to the caramel flan, but the dessert can be traced back to the Roman Empire. Several countries have flan as a traditional dessert including Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Chocolate Churro: Similar to flan, historians can't quite find who was the first to invent the churro, but most likely it was nomadic Spanish shepherds or Portuguese sailors. Regardless of who invented it first, it's now a tasty treat enjoyed around the world.
  • Hazelnut Tiramisu: It's generally agreed that tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert, but there are those from the Austria Slovenia region that adamantly claim they were the first to make this delicious ladyfinger, espresso, and mascarpone dessert. We're going to be Switzerland on this issue, but we can say we are super excited to try Starbuck's Hazelnut Tiramisu Frappuccino!

While you're waiting to taste the world through Frappuccinos, check out some of the other awesome Starbucks drinks you can order off the secret menu. (Shh! Don't tell anyone we told you.)

Which Starbuck's Passport Series Frappucino do you think you'll like the most? What other international flavors should Starbucks add to the list? Let us know in the comments below.
