To get a Melanzana, you'll either need to book an appointment (which fills up months in advance), or hope to find something in the limited selection for walk-ins. You're also only able to purchase two pieces at a time. I guess it's like our version of the Birkin bag. But there's a reason for this, and it's one I actually appreciate.
