BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - It’s a travel day for Texas A&M softball as they head to Clearwater, Florida for a five game invitational that starts on Thursday.

The Aggies are a perfect 6-0 after going undefeated in the Aggie Classic last weekend.

A&M outscored their opponents 51-14 and had seven home runs in six games.

The bats have been hot for Head Coach Trisha Ford’s team, and she said the lineup is very balanced.

“There was times when the bottom of our lineup helped and the middle of our lineup in some games was big and obviously the top of our line up as well,” Ford said. “For me it’s continuing to build on that (offense).”

A&M takes on Wichita State at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

UCF, Oklahoma State, Virginia and Charlotte round out the rest of the field.
