"Hot wings" just got a few new meanings.
CRUSH Pizza + Tap in Denver is serious about pizza. We've written about them before, and with good reason: they serve some of the best deep dish in the entire Denver metropolitan area. What you might not be able to infer from their name, however, is that they're absolutely crazy about wings too. If you've ever had one of their signature smoked wings, you'll know what we're talking about. In fact, CRUSH Pizza + Tap's lineup of all-star wing sauces are just as expansive as their lineup of pizzas, offering flavors like serrano jalapeno, sweet & sour habanero, and maple sriracha.
Given just how much that Jason McGovern, the restaurant's founder, has a "crush" on wings, it's only natural that this part of his menu would boil over into a full-blown restaurant of its own.
Enter: CRUSH Wing + Tap, the newest member of Denver's CRUSH family. This long-awaited venture opened the doors to its Colfax location in late November, and the reaction has already been as delightfully firey and spicey as the wing sauces available there.
In fact, CRUSH Wings + Tap made a point of opening on a particularly spicy note, choosing to welcome its first wave of customers with a burlesque brunch that featured some of Denver's premier burlesque and drag talent. The result was an event that was equal parts smoked wings and smokin' entertainment, featuring burlesque talents like Denver's own Kitty Crimson and Penny Spectacular. Take a look at some of the photos we took!

Their location on Colfax in Denver is fully open, meaning your next wing fix is only a quick drive (or phone call, or online order) away!
