An early morning collision on Krome Avenue in northwest Miami-Dade has resulted in the death of one person, while another has been critically injured. The Florida Highway Patrol was alerted to the accident involving a Dodge pickup truck and a Ford pickup truck at approximately 5 a.m. at the intersection of Okeechobee Road and Krome Avenue, near the eastern stretches of the Everglades, as reported by NBC Miami.
