The Fall Benefit Concert at HighPoint Church on Friday, October 20, will benefit Cops Fighting Cancer and the GENO Strong Memorial Fund.

Featuring music by Memphis-blues gospel artist Dave LeMieux and gospel jazz artist Harold Rapp III, the Fall Benefit Concert promises to be a fun-filled evening with proceeds going to benefit two local charity organizations. WHEN: Friday, October 20 | 5–10 p.m. WHERE: HighPoint Church | 6450 S. Southlands Parkway, Aurora, CO 80016 TICKETS: $25 Adults | $13 Children | FREE for kids 3 and under (discounted tickets may be purchased online prior to the event) Admission includes non-alcoholic beverages, hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and a door prize ticket. There will be door prizes given out all night long, as well as a silent auction with a variety of great items to bid on! The organization was founded by Jim Seneca, an Aurora police officer and leukemia survivor, who wanted to rally the support of fellow police officers and civilian volunteers in working to establish a list of readily available sponsors that can step up to help cancer patients and their families as needed. The purpose of the fund is to send teenagers to youth camp and afford them with the same life-changing experience that Geno had received and advocated for.
