Nicole Xie has been appointed director of sales and marketing at HALL Park Hotel, the new Autograph Collection hotel in Frisco, scheduled to open in the fall. In her new role, Xie is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic direction of all sales and marketing efforts for the new hotel. Xie brings more than two decades of sales leadership experience. Before joining HALL Park Hotel, she served as the associate director of sales at Omni Dallas Hotel & Convention Center. After beginning her career in northeast China at the five-star Furama Hotel Dalian as group and catering sales manager, she held senior sales and event management positions with Hilton, Hyatt, and Omni Hotels & Resorts. Hyatt Hotels & Resorts named Xie “Manager of the Year,” and Omni Hotels & Resorts recognized her as a President’s Circle Winner for eight consecutive years. According to the company , HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, will be home to a curated collection of contemporary art from both locally and globally recognized artists. The hotel will have 224 guest rooms, including 60 spacious suites that feature sweeping views of Kaleidoscope Park. Additionally, the hotel will feature 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces and a chef-driven restaurant and lounge. Owned by Dallas-based HALL Group and operated by Coury Hospitality, the Autograph Collection hotel is under construction and is a key component of HALL Park ‘s extensive $7 billion masterplan , making it a vibrant live-work-play community. HALL Group said the HALL Park development is being reimagined to offer a dynamic community experience, integrating business, sports, arts, and culture in Frisco. The “art and wine boutique hotel” is HALL Group’s second art-focused hotel in North Texas after the HALL Arts Hotel opened in late 2019 at the Dallas Arts District. Get on the list.
