Every year, thousands of Coloradans flock to downtown Denver to line the streets and show respect and appreciation for our military veterans. The annual parade will feature marching units, bands, and floats, as well as showcase 240 years of military history with era-appropriate uniforms, vehicles, and weapons from the various wars our soldiers have fought. All the way from the Revolutionary War through today, you'll be able to see how the different branches of the military have been decked out throughout history -- and how they've changed over time.

Then stick around after the parade for the free, family-friendly festival at Civic Center Park, which will feature food vendors, live music, fun activities, and military vehicles on display. A full 100 percent of any donations collected at the Denver Veterans Day events will go toward raising awareness and support for our community's veterans and veterans organizations. For more information, check out the
event's website.
