The Lawrence Central High School alum picked the Sooners over Indiana , Kansas, Clemson and Kansas State. He has averaged 14.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game on 40.3% 3-point shooting, though his fifth season was limited to 9 games by a foot injury. The 2020 Indiana All-Star helped the Hurricanes reach the 2023 Final Four, averaging 16.4 points per game in the NCAA Tournament. That run included a 12-point effort in a second-round win over Indiana, and 26 on 7-of-10 3-point shooting in a Sweet 16 win over Houston.
