A longtime radio broadcaster out of Flagstaff is among those arrested in an investigation targeting suspected child predators. KAFF News broadcaster Dave Zorn, 52, faces possible charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, a Class 3 felony, according to a March 31 press release from Flagstaff police. Zorn was placed on administrative leave and his access to the radio station, work social media and electronic platforms was disabled, KAFF News announced on its website along with a publication of the press release listing their employee's arrest. "We do not have further details at this time. KAFF News team will continue to proactively address the situation as more information becomes available to us," read a statement from the northern Arizona media outlet. A LinkedIn profile apparently belonging to Zorn indicates he is a 34-year radio veteran who co-hosted a post-game high school football show between August 2007 and December 2009. "I have put in the time and effort along my career to be able to not only lead, but set an example to others. And most of all, I want this career to remain being fun," the profile's "about" section reads. Flagstaff police said there were 28 arrests, mostly for misdemeanor offenses, in the six-month-long investigation run by the multi-agency North Star Task Force. In addition to Zorn, police said the sting included eight other felony arrests, including some for child sex trafficking.
