Adrie Burks was recently promoted to Lakewood Branch manager/loan officer at Peoples Bank, according to Mary Fowler, CEO.

Burks has 11 years of experience as a customer service specialist/teller, loan clerk, loan assistant, Rocket Pro specialist, loan officer, and assistant branch manager. She was instrumental in starting the bank’s Rocket Pro mortgage loan department and was named Rocket Pro Broker of the Year for Arkansas in 2020, 2021, 2023 and Rocket Pro Rising Star for 2022.

“In her 11 years with Peoples Bank, Adrie has proven herself time and time again as someone we can count on to get the job done. She knows how to make the home-buying process as easy as possible for our customers. She is a pleasure to work with and a favorite with customers and co-workers. We know that she will excel in her new, additional role as branch manager. Congratulations Adrie!” said Fowler.

Burks is a native of Magnolia and a graduate of Magnolia High School. In 2017 she earned her associate degree from Southern Arkansas University. She supports her community by her participation in the Magnolia Blossom Festival.

Adrie is married to Colton Burks, also of Magnolia. They have two children, daughter Ana, and son Landon. The family are members of New Life Community Church in Magnolia. In her free time, Burks enjoys spending time with her family.
