Weezer and Pixies have announced a 29-date joint summer tour for 2018, including a stop in Denver. On July 31, 2018, the rock bands will perform at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre.

English indie rock band the Wombats will open the first third of dates (through July 15). No word on who the other opening acts will be, but fans can expect an announcement soon.

Both bands have released new music that will be featured in the tour -- Weezer's latest album
Pacific Daydream, along with the smash single "Happy Hour," and Pixies'
Head Carrier. And you can bet that both Weezer and Pixies will play a mix of new and classic songs from the last 25-plus years.
