Santa needs help preparing for Christmas in the one-of-a-kind holiday experience, Santa's Flight Academy, at Cherry Creek Shopping Center.

This free, interactive, and immersive experience gives children the chance to create lasting memories, and maybe even a new holiday tradition! Through the combination of state-of-the-art technology and pure magic, Santa's Flight Academy allows children to become a member of Santa's flight crew and help the big man prepare for Christmas.

Santa's Flight Academy returns to Cherry Creek Shopping Center, November 9 to December 24.

We're thrilled to offer Santa's Flight Academy to give children a truly immersive holiday experience," said William Taubman, chief operating officer, Taubman Centers, Inc.

When a child ("cadet") enters the Academy, he or she will receive an official flight crew badge and will then present it to one of Santa's elves. From there, the cadet will then be guided by Santa's helpers through "the experience of being fitted for a virtual flight suit, helping inspect and power Santa's sleigh before takeoff, and other tasks that ensure that every present will carefully be delivered."

At the very end of the adventure, the young cadet will step inside a 22-foot-tall sleigh for an enchanted dance party before meeting the big man himself. Each child will also receive a special gift from Santa to thank them for saving the day, and ultimately Christmas.
