The culinary landscape of Scottsdale is set to change with the opening of Shiv Supper Club, Riot Hospitality Group's latest venture. According to ABC15 , the Supper Club will be located at 7373 E Camelback Road and aims to provide an upscale dining experience. Lissa Druss, spokesperson for Riot Hospitality Group, described it as "a unique supper club, a high-end steakhouse that has decadent cocktails, a dessert room, incredible music, entertainment and a place that you just want to go to."

Set to open in early 2025, the 13,869-square-foot venue doesn't require a membership, although reservations are highly recommended. Shiv Supper Club seems to be all about luxury and unique offerings. "The menu itself has a ‘truffle bread service.’ Truffle bread service, how decadent does that sound?" Druss highlighted in the same interview with ABC15 . The menu is a collaborative effort between Culinary Director Dustin Cooke and Michelin star chef Jeff Mahin. As described, the cuisine will feature luxurious ingredients with imaginative presentations.

For those interested in the cocktail experience, they can expect an impressive array. "Our cocktail menu has unique cocktail mixes, beverages that no one will ever find," reassured Druss in the earlier mentioned ABC15 revelation. Aside from elaborate drinks, the venue plans to include a dessert room specifically for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooths without committing to a full dinner service.

Arizona Foothills Magazine provided insight into what patrons can expect from their menu, which includes chilled seafood towers, caviar offerings, and the innovative lobster caviar dome. Highlights from the main course options include scallop crudo, smoke show chowder, and charcoal-fired prime steaks. Shiv Supper Club is designed to not just be a place to eat but an immersive experience combining fine dining, drinks, and entertainment into one seamless experience.

Entertainment at Shiv will be another draw for guests, offering live contemporary house music, pop remixes, and more. Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group, has described the new supper club as an immersive experience inspired by some of the world's most renowned dining venues. He has said, "From the creative menu to the vibrant atmosphere, every aspect is designed to engage and excite, raising the standard for fine dining in Scottsdale," as reported by Arizona Foothills Magazine .
