BRIDGMAN — The Corewell Health Southwestern Medical Primary Care–Bridgman has expanded. The 10,000-square-foot facility at 9623 Arrow Highway features primary care and laboratory services. The facility is now open to patients and operates Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Laboratory services are available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to noon. NILES — The Niles District Library, 620 E. Main St., is offering a beginner yoga class, every other Monday, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Community Room. The class is for adults 18 years and older and all levels of experience are welcome. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. There is no registration required and admission is free. The instructor is Sam Major from Dancing Feet Yoga. Next classes are Nov. 11 and Nov. 25.

GOSHEN — Goshen Parks & Recreation is offering Zumba classes to help participants de-stress, lose weight and make new friends. The class is held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays; 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays through the month of December. The cost is $5 drop-in rate. SOUTH BEND — “Medicare 101” — changes are coming to Medicare in 2025. Do you know what they are? Come to a free educational presentation at the St. Joseph County Public Library Francis Branch, The Pasture Room, 52655 N. Ironwood Road, South Bend, to find out, and get the answers you need to other Medicare questions, as well. This program is for anyone already on Medicare, anyone approaching Medicare age, any spouses and/or children of those on Medicare who help make these types of decisions, and anyone under 65 who is on disability and receiving Medicare benefits. Information will cover a wide array of topics. The Medicare annual enrollment period is Oct. 15–Dec. 7. This event is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 14.
