Nothing like a bit of YouTube to get us through.

Now that almost everyone in the nation is in quarantine (or should be), fitness fanatics are all trying to find alternatives to their regular workout routines and gym-going strategies. I've talked about virtual races, in-home workouts, and YouTube fitness routines. Well, this weekend I dove a little deeper into the YouTube side of fitness and came up with a list of five routines that I'm really relying on these days. It's pretty varied, so hopefully you'll find something you like, too!
