First and foremost, suspend your disbelief. I know, I know, it's hard to do, but also ignore your phone for the duration of the movie. The plot dictates that the audience accepts whatever is thrown at them, and you'll enjoy yourself so much more if you do. After all, are you really the time travel expert that you think you are?

Despite the overall epic feel of the plot, The Tomorrow War is not based on a book. The time jump concept for the movie was developed by its screenwriter, Zach Dean (Deadfall, 24 Hours to Live).
Was just expecting some light Sci-Fi fun with #TomorrowWar but it ended up impressing and surprising me.

Ambitious story that covers a trilogy's worth of plot in a single film.
Really impressive special effects and audio.

The movie stars powerhouses like Chris Pratt, Yvonne Strahovski, and the unexpectedly macho J.K. Simmons. Not to give anything away, but wow ... Simmons has been working out!
You know that old Hollywood saying, "When in doubt, go to J.K. Simmons." #TheTomorrowWar pic.twitter.com/INzgcqk0Mq
