WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Wichita Falls ISD has named Greg Davis as the new Head Football Coach for Legacy High School.

The decision was announced to the public at the school board meeting held on Tuesday afternoon.

The decision was passed unanimously 7-0.

Davis returns to Wichita Falls with a lot of experience and knowledge. He is the former defensive coordinator at Mansfield Lake Ridge.

Coach Davis is eager to make an impact at Legacy, not just as a coach but as a mentor and educator.

“I will utilize my assets towards building contributing citizens and lifetime learners,” New Wichita Falls Legacy Head Football Coach Greg Davis said.

“I am committed to inspiring my students to develop a love of learning and become model citizens of society,” Davis said.

Coach Davis will look to lead the Legacy Leopards to success and their first win next season.
