Hail and well met! The magic is back at the 43rd annual Colorado Renaissance Festival 2019 with eight themed weekends of merrymaking.

Oh yes, Colorado, it's here again – a magical expedition of legend and time at the Colorado Renaissance Festival 2019. Take a trip back to the kingdom full of merrymaking, mouthwatering food, ancient crafts and artisans, jousting, music, wishing well wenches, living fountains, pirates, parades, dancing, ale, and so much more.

When: June 15-16, 22-23, 29-30 | July 6-7, 13-14, 20-21 | August 3-4. Rain or shine, the festival runs on these dates from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Where: 650 W. Perry Park Ave., Larkspur, CO 80118

Online ticket sales will open soon on the festival website at the following prices: $23/Adults, $11/Children (12+), and those under five are free. Tickets are already available at participating King Soopers locations and are a dollar less than the online ticket pricing.

Food fit for royalty brings many to the festival every year with drool-worthy treats like steak on a stake, the famous turkey legs, cheese stuffed pretzels, funnel cakes, fruit cobblers, and corn roasted on the cob. There's also plenty of ale, wine, and cool summer treats, too! With so much more to choose from, this is a feast fit for any king or queen. Check out the full menu here.

A Magical Adventure! (June 15-16)

Mystical and magical the festival kicks off with memory-making fun, welcoming new talent and returning favorites. Let the merrymaking commence!

Royal Ale & Art Festival (June 22-23)

A weekend saluting the nation’s servicemen and women, all military personnel will receive a buy-one-get-one-free adult ticket with military ID, and their children 12 and under all get in free. There will also be a free ale sampling at the Dancing Bear Pub from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Raise a mug in salute of our nation’s heroes! 

Celtic Festival (June 29-30)

Long life and fair health are celebrated this weekend, which will be full of Celtic dancing groups, musicians, and pipe bands, including the Pike’s Peak Highlanders. Don ye kilts and crown the winner in the “Best Men in Kilts” contests each day at 3:30 p.m. on the Fortune Stage.

Children’s Weekend (July 6-7)

Princesses, pirates, and princes are the special guests this weekend with activities tailored just for them. Children 12 and under can also attend for free this weekend. A daily costume contest will be held at 3:30 p.m. on the Fortune Stage, and Good King Henry and the Faire Queen Anne will present a Royal Quest with a Knighting Ceremony for those who complete the deed.

Wine Revelry! (July 13-14)

Free wine samples 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. all weekend at the Dancing Bear Pub. Jump in on the Grape Stomp Competition with radio stations from Colorado Springs and Denver there to host!

Love and Romance! (July 20-21)

Romance and wooing abound on this lover’s weekend. For those who want to honor their sweet commitment, a Renewal of Vows ceremony will held in the Canterbury Chapel at 3:30 p.m., the perfect chance to decree your love. A wooing competition, White Claw Hard Seltzer tasting at the Dancing Bear Pub, and the “Forever Real” Royal Wedding Ceremony complete this heartwarming weekend.

Pirate Invasion! (July 27-28)

Yo, ho! Yo, ho! And a bottle of rum! Pirates take over the festival this weekend. A hunt for pirate booty hosted by Jack Sparrow, a pirate costume contest each afternoon, tales and tunes of the high seas, sword fights, and a jolly good time are what's in store for you during this pirate-themed weekend!

Fare Thee Well & Mardi Gras Style Carnival! (August 3-4)

Close out the summer with a grand celebration for Good King Henry’s birthday! Don your finest royal mask and costume to celebrate life, laughter, music, and dance to close the festival’s 43rd season. All police officers will also receive a buy-one-get-one-free adult ticket at the box office with proof of duty, and their children 12 and under are free!
