  1. Your carrier's Message and Data Rates May Apply to any text message.
  2. We are not liable for any delays in the receipt or processing of any SMS messages sent to or from our system.
  3. SMS access and services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis.
  4. Additional data collected may include your mobile number, the date/time, carrier and content of all messages sent to or from our system. We may use this information to contact you and provide services requested. We will not share your data, except as required by law or to provide the services you have requested.
  5. The following carriers are supported: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, nTelos, MetroPCS, ClearSky, C-Spire (formerly CellSouth), US Cellular, Cricket, InterOp, and Cellcom.
  6. Text "STOP" to 89517 to stop all text messaging from Our Community Now. Text "HELP" to 89517 for more information.
  7. By subscribing, either via manual entry, web page, or SMS message, and confirming by mobile phone, you consent to receive messages from Our Community Now sent by an automatic telephone dialing system.
