From yoga to barre and everything else in between, the new fitness series comes to Denver in August and September. Tickets are now available.

The Denver Performing Arts Complex has recently announced a lineup of various fitness options and classes that'll take place throughout August and September at Sculpture Park.

The Sculpture Park Fitness Series will include barre, yoga, cardio, boot camp, dance, high-intensity interval training, sound healing, and mediation. Each class will run for 60 minutes.

"Part of the fun of the Arts Complex is the diversity of what’s presented here, and we’re hoping to reflect that in what we’re doing at Sculpture Park, COVID-19 or otherwise," said Mark Heiser, Venue Director at the Denver Performing Arts Complex.

With many studios and gyms being limited in how they can run their operations due to the coronavirus pandemic, says Heiser, as this gives folks the chance to experience various fitness classes that they may be missing out on.

Any and all levels of experience are welcome to attend. Participating partners include Barre3, BLOCK21, Bodies by Perseverance, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, and CM Dance, among many others.

In order to maintain proper social distancing measures, 10-foot circles, which are 6 feet apart, will provide participants with enough space to exercise safely together.

Touchless tickets for the Sculpture Park Fitness Series went on sale on July 29 and cost $17 per person, per event.
