The Denver Zoo is hosting a monthly Wild Workouts series, and there's an event this Sunday, July 16! Admission will grant you access to the morning's workout and admission to the zoo. 

This will be one of the last two opportunities to indulge in a workout amongst the animals of the Denver Zoo!

Here's the full schedule for Sunday, July 16:

  • Senior Yoga | 7:45–8:30 a.m. 
  • Jazzercise | 7:45–8:15 a.m.
  • Kickboxing | 8–8:30 a.m.
  • HIIT | 8:15–9 a.m. 
  • Barre | 8:30–9 a.m. 
  • Senior Movement | 8:45–9:30 a.m.
  • Jazzercise | 9–9:30 a.m.
  • HIIT | 9:15–9:45 a.m. 
  • Kickboxing | 9:15–9:45 a.m.
  • Barre | 9:45–10:15 a.m.

The last Wildlife Workout event of the summer will take place on Sunday, August 6. If you aren't able to make this Sunday's event, you could always plan for the next one!
