Delicious pizzas and salads prepared with locally-sourced ingredients.

Sazza, a name that combines SAlad and piZZA, has gone above and beyond with providing the Denver area with a welcoming establishment with quality, organic food, and drink. Everything about Sazza suggests that sustainability was at the forefront of their minds, from the list of local, organic ingredients to the upcycled materials used for their dining area.

Just one look at the menu and drink list (all Colorado beers, naturally) you can't help but get hungry. For all dietary needs, Sazza made sure to make gluten, vegan, and vegetarian options available for all to enjoy. No matter what you choose by way of pizza, salad, or soup, your tastes come first. As a fanatic make-your-own-pizza lover, Sazza allows diners to build their own pizzas to their exact specifications -- guaranteeing my patronage for years to come.

As for having a sweet tooth, Sazza has you covered on desserts. Whether you want to dig into their seasonal fruit pizza that has been coated with brown sugar butter and piped with mascarpone chantilly cream or you're in the mood for a scoop of Sweet Action Ice Cream (their one item not made in-house, they left it to the professionals!), Sazza aims to please from beginning to end.

With two locations to serve the public, one in Stanley Marketplace and the other in Cherry Hills, it's a comfort to know that when you sit down to dig into a hot slice of pizza after a long day that you're not only supporting local business, but you're also being a good steward of the environment.

Hey, control freaks! These Denver restaurants let you build your own meal like a boss
