Last summer, we wrote about the closing of the 88 Drive-In Theatre in Denver after decades of movie showings. However, according to reports, the last-remaining drive-in movie theater has plans to reopen for another season!
Announced on its social media accounts, the 88 Drive-In Theatre is planning to open in May.
Please note that it's still unclear when the drive-in's final screenings will be. At the time of this writing, the 88 Drive-In Theatre's website does not have any further information or details regarding the 2024 movie season.
The original owners of the property put it up for sale last summer, and it was under contract with the new owner, First Industrial Realty Trust.
