Emporia High junior Allie Weiss can now say she’s a 2-time state diving champion.

Weiss won the Class 5-1A State Diving Championship with a score of 453.75 winning the meet by 60.55 points over Olivia Carlson of Marion. Weiss said winning her second state title wasn’t different when she won her first in 2024.

Weiss said she’s got big goals ahead for her senior season.

Weiss said the offseason will be huge as well, heading into next spring.

Weiss will have an opportunity to match her sister, Haylee, who won three state championships over her four-year career.
