The limited-edition mustard doughnut is being made by a Brooklyn-based doughnut shop.

National Mustard Day is August 6, and French’s is back with another mash-up in celebration! Last year, it was mustard-flavored buns; this year, it's doughnuts. French’s has partnered with Dough Doughnuts, an artisanal donut shop in New York, on a yellow mustard cake doughnut.

Free mustard doughnuts will be available at Dough Doughnut shops in New York City on August 6. And don't fret! If you don’t live in NYC, you can still order a mustard doughnut by visiting DoughDoughnuts.com at 9 a.m. EST

"Here at Dough, we've always prided ourselves in creating unexpectedly delicious flavors," said Steve Klein, Owner of Dough Doughnuts. "French's Mustard Donuts presented an opportunity to be imaginative and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The iconic tanginess of French's Classic Yellow Mustard complements the sweet glaze and fluffy texture of the doughnut for the perfect bite."

The French’s mustard doughnut is a yeast-raised glazed doughnut topped with yellow mustard icing and dusted with a mustard cake crumble. Six Dough shops in New York will be going all out for National Doughnut Day, adding yellow mustard chairs, French’s mustard decor, and yellow pop art pieces.

French’s has also posted the mustard doughnut recipe online, for those daring enough to make them for their friends and family.
