The lemonade collection includes lemonade glazed originals and cake donuts.

Krispy Kreme has been going crazy with the glazes this year and has just announced lemonade will soon be rolling off the machines. The new lemon glazed original donut is part of a release for summer called the lemonade glaze collection. The collection includes four different donuts: lemonade glazed, lemonade glazed with lemon creme, strawberry lemonade donut, and pink lemonade cake donut. The lemonade collection will be available in participating stores for two weeks beginning on June 8, 2021.

The center of the lemonade collection is the lemonade glazed original donut that can be eaten hot (if you’re lucky) from the machine. The collection also includes a lemon creme-filled lemonade glazed donut and a lemonade glazed original dipped in strawberry icing. Cake donut fans will love the pink lemonade cake donut covered in lemonade glaze and topped off with lemon buttercream and pink sugar for extra sweetness.

Krispy Kreme is still offering free donuts to customers who are fully vaccinated. Just present your vaccination card at any Krispy Kreme through the end of 2021 and you’ll get a free original glazed donut. During the pandemic, Krispy Kreme has pushed out a ton of limited-edition donuts and flavors. The limited runs give people a reason to come back and try something new and maybe convert new Krispy Kreme fans.
