If you have an amazing idea you've just been waiting to pitch, now's your chance! ABC's "Shark Tank" is holding an open casting call for the Denver metro area.

Whether you're an amateur inventor with a whole slew of creations, or just a regular Joe Blow with a great business idea, you might have a shot at getting on TV (and eventually getting your idea funded!). ABC's reality show "Shark Tank" will hold open casting call audition interviews on Wednesday, May 24, at an Xfinity store location in Centennial (8222 S. Yosemite St. #110), beginning at 10 a.m. Each participant will be given one minute to pitch their idea to (and blow the socks off!) one of the show's casting team members. Here are the details:

  • Numbered wristbands will be handed out between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Interviews will begin at 10 a.m.
  • An application packet must be completed in advance. Don't forget to bring it with you!
  • Only one idea, business, or product may be pitched.
  • Access to power, internet, or A/V equipment is not guaranteed, so come prepared with everything you will need.
  • There will be time to return to your vehicle to get any needed props, after you get your wristband but before you make your pitch.
For more information, check out the show's casting call web page. Good luck!
