WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - The U.S. Drought Monitor has been updated for Wichita County. As of Thursday, Feb. 6, Wichita County is categorized into the “D0 Abnormally Dry” category. Surrounding counties, such as Wilbarger, Clay, and Baylor Counties, have seen drought status changes in the last week.
