KSP investigating deadly ATV crash
HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - One man is dead following an ATV crash on Saturday in the Blair community of Harlan County. Officials said Thomas Shepard, 75, appeared to have lost control of the ATV as he was going up a hill, causing it to roll on him. Shepard was pronounced dead at the scene. Kentucky State Police is investigating the crash.
