Three years ago, Starbucks made the (questionable) decision to not have the iconic S'mores Frappuccino on its summer menu—and people were upset, including us! It's an all-time favorite of ours.

BUT, now we must ask: will the S'mores Frappuccino return to Starbucks' menu for summer 2024?

At this point, we have no idea—BUT our fingers (and toes!) are crossed. In the meantime, we all can enjoy this copycat recipe for the S'mores Frappuccino. Though, it'll never compare to the real thing ... but it comes pretty darn close!

I know what you're thinking—why? We're in the same boat, trust us. The S'mores Frappuccino is a favorite of ours and a summer staple, so why would Starbucks discontinue it for summer 2021? That's a great question!

According to an inside source, Our Community Now got the scoop that the coffee giant is moving forward with two new summer drinks in the S'mores Frappuccino's place; the Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino and the Chocolate Coffee Crunch Frappuccino. And honestly? We're completely bummed about it.

The two new frappuccinos, among some other summer items, are set to launch on May 11, 2021, per reports.

The Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino is said to include blended strawberry inclusions, funnel cake flavors with whipped cream, and strawberry drizzle; while the Chocolate Coffee Crunch Frappuccino contains sunflower seed and chocolate caramel brittle blended with coffee, cold milk, and ice, and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chocolate caramel crumbs.
