WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Good morning Texoma! It’s another stormy start to our morning. A line of storms pushed across the region in the very early morning hours this morning. This brought another round of very heavy rain, strong winds, and some hail as well. A few storms are kicking up behind the line and these are mostly heavy rain makers, but these are following behind the initial line of storms, so these are continuing to dump even more heavy rain across Texoma. Thunderstorm chances begin to shut off around noon today and will finally give way to a break from the wet weather. nice conditions set in this weekend as we finally see the return of sunny skies and decent temperatures. Temperatures this weekend lock into the mid-70s for our highs. Next week, another round of storms and heavy rain could be on the way Monday into Tuesday. We’ll be keeping an eye on that as severe weather could be possible.
