From dresses to fine art and DIY crafts, toilet paper can do a lot off and on the roll.

Since everyone is so obsessed with the white fluffy rolls, we wanted to see what other ways this hot commodity gets used—you know, besides the obvious. One of the great things about toilet paper as an art material is that all of it can be used—the paper and the roll—to make some pretty mind-blowing works. Toilet Paper Wedding Dresses

Why not start with some glamour? Toilet paper wedding dresses are more than just a silly bridal shower game. They can become a masterful world of creativity and grace, so much so that it's hard to believe they were even made from toilet paper in the first place! Every year a big contest is put on by Charm Weddings to see who can make the best wedding dress out of toilet paper, and people from all over the country compete for the winning title. Some of these designs are truly magnificent and show that beauty can come from anywhere.

Toilet Paper Fine Art 

Beyond crafting the wedding dresses of our dreams, toilet paper can be used as a medium for fine and abstract art. Artist Sakir Gockcebag is a Turkish-born visual artist based in Hamburg, Germany, who chooses unique mediums to express his crafts. His installation "Trans Layers", which was done back in 2010, is an example of his skill and how far toilet paper can go from the bathroom. Check out these pictures of some of his amazing work:

Toilet Paper Home Décor

It's always a challenge to find unique home décor, however, a few hours and some crafty tricks can turn toilet paper rolls into a unique art piece. The rolls are quite a versatile material, and when cut and painted, they can be used to craft very unique and beautiful wall décor.
