COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - After a cooler and wet Tuesday, daily chances for rain and thunder continue through the rest of the work week. Good morning! We remain in an unsettled weather pattern thanks to a near-stationary boundary parked across the Southeast. Our next round of rain is headed for us this morning, where passing rain showers can be expected for your commute. The wave of rain from this morning will pass by through Midday, with a few additional showers and thunderstorms popping up this afternoon. The combination of rounds of rain and thick clouds will keep us cooler. Highs will only top out near 70 degrees. We’ll remain unsettled through the end of this week as we await the arrival of our next cold front to move through. Daily chances for showers and storms will continue through Friday. Late Friday, our next cold front moves offshore, which will help dry us out for the upcoming weekend. As we dry out, temperatures will begin to climb, with highs back in the mid and upper-80s.
