Dunkaroos is offering up the best kind of Christmas gift!

Dunkaroos has been one of the few bright spots this year, and it seems they're ending 2020 with a bang by releasing Sugar Cookie Dough-flavored snacks! Yum!

Dunkaroos was a popular snack pack in the '90s, to where, if you were a kid, you couldn't walk through your cafeteria during lunch without seeing the iconic pair of cookies and icing. Despite being one of children's favorite bites, owner General Mills and company Betty Crocker discontinued the product in 2012.

Only this past year have they made a comeback!

We, at OCN, love the company and their tasty treats, so when they decided to bring back their mouth-watering snacks earlier in June, we were overjoyed! Even the release of a Dunkaroos-flavored beer in August made us pretty happy!

Now, we can look forward to the release of Dunkaroos Sugar Cookie Dough snack packages!

The company recently released a statement, claiming Dunkaroos Sugar Cookie Dough is hitting store shelves this holiday season. You will be able to find them in the following locations:

  • Walmart
  • Wegmans
  • Albertsons
  • Safeway
  • HyVee
  • Kroger
  • Wakefem

Although pre-proportioned and in limited-edition, you can use the dough to create up to six large cookies. The packs even come with vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles—yum! So you can either make your own cookies or simply dip those delicious bits into the always heavenly icing and add a touch of rainbow! Just remember, you can even bake your own cookies as well!

It's not Dunakroos Cereal, but the release of Sugar Cookie Dough cookies have got us extra excited for the holidays! How about you?

Hi! I've lived in the NOVA region most of my life, repping our sports' teams, finding unique and cozy coffee shops to indulge in, and exploring nature hikes I've never visited. I used to live under the mountains in Roanoke, VA as well as a handful of beaches in NC, but good ol' Northern VA had always called me back! I write novels for fun (currently working on a fantasy series that won't have a terrible ending like Game of Thrones, right?), and enjoy reading and diving into new experiences that help me grow.
