A quaint historic town along the coast is a charming way to spend Valentine's Day. I've heard great things about Charleston, and I can't wait to visit one day! It's become a popular destination for bachelorette parties, but celebrating your Valentine's Day here would be equally lovely.
Telluride, Colorado
I've mentioned Telluride as a great road trip from Denver, and I stand by that. I spent some time camping in Telluride this fall, which was excellent, and last winter, I took a ski trip there. The scenery here is so perfect to experience with your partner. Trust me. Both my boyfriend and I consider it one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited.
Bozeman, Montana
I've been told this town is super cool. It's also close to Big Sky, which many people have cited as one of their favorite ski resorts ever. Yellowstone National Park is nearby as well, making this a great trip to take to see various sites, and there's nothing like sightseeing with the one you love! Remember to be careful of the hot springs, as they aren't the type to mess around. Spend some time in this quirky cowboy town for a unique Valentine's Day trip.
Sonoma, California
You can't go wrong with wine for Valentine's Day! Sonama can be a fantastic trip to take that's more relaxed than Napa Valley but still provides when it comes to the wine (and the scenery).
